EUROMIX 30 is designed as a fully mobile dispensing and mixing plant. This system differentiates itself from common mixing systems by the way it is transported. It can be transported by truck or even on a 40-ft open top container.
The design concept
During the development of the system, the design focused mainly on the highest possible mobility, maximum reduction of time and effort during the assembly as well as simple and efficient handling. In addition to the low investment costs, the main advantage of a plant such as the EUROMIX 30 is its simple set-up at any site. Equipped with an in-line silo for 4 aggregates as well as a 0.5 m3 planetary mixer, this type of plant can reach a discharge capacity of up to 30 m3/h. Its design and minimum space requirements make this mixing system most suitable for applications in otherwise inaccessible terrain. This concept is a complete solution for undertakings that could not be realized under different circumstances.
Robust and a long service life
In addition to the exceptional workmanship, a long service life is achieved and guaranteed by using a hot-dip galvanizing process per DIN EN ISO 1461. The latter guarantees a high degree of corrosion protection and keeps the system in perfect condition for many years to come, not only from a visual but also from a material point of view. The entire system is galvanised, with the exception of the mixer, the skip, and the concrete scale. In this case, however, a special paint is applied which not only contains a corrosion protection alloy but also a triple layer of paint, at least 160 micron thick. The system is mainly used, amongst other things, for the production of industrial floors and the production of prefabricated parts. EUROMIX 30 is best suited for construction projects where the least possible concrete output is required. As all other plants of the Euromix series, this system guarantees a long service life and robustness
